We want you to love your Boody essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
